Dr. Lauren Bauer
With over 20 years of dedicated service in public education, Dr. Lauren Bauer is an accomplished educator and leader currently serving as the Assistant Principal at Freedom Middle School. Dr. Bauer’s extensive career encompasses a range of roles that have profoundly shaped her expertise and approach to educational leadership.
Before stepping into her current role, Dr. Bauer made significant contributions as a classroom teacher, where her passion for student development and learning flourished. Her commitment to literacy and student achievement led her to the position of Reading Coach, where she supported educators and guided curriculum enhancements. Additionally, Dr. Bauer’s role as the District RTI Coordinator allowed her to spearhead initiatives to improve academic outcomes through targeted interventions and data-driven strategies.
Her leadership journey continued as a Building Principal, where she successfully managed school operations, implemented strategic educational programs, and fostered a positive school culture.
Dr. Bauer holds an EdD in Educational Leadership, which underpins her strategic vision and commitment to fostering an inclusive and effective learning environment. Her deep-rooted dedication to education is reflected in her approach to supporting both students and teachers, ensuring that every individual has the tools and support needed to succeed.
